Hello and welcome to Moondance Llamas, located in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley in Virginia. We are Tim and Susan Manner, owners of Moondance Llamas, and we love introducing new folks to the wonderful world of llamas! These magical creatures have enhanced our lives since 1994, and we are anxious to share the magic with you! We offer llamas for sale, as well as breeding services. We are committed to producing animals that are healthy, conformationally correct and with outstanding dispositions. Our herd represents some of the finest bloodlines available, including Chilean, Bolivian and North American lines.

Llamas are elegant, intelligent animals from South America who, along with their cousins the alpacas, vicuņas and guanacos, are members of the camelid (camel) family. In addition to providing beautiful, lightweight, warm fiber, llamas are used for breeding, showing, packing, livestock guarding and as exceptional companion animals. Because of their gentle, curious nature, llamas have become very popular in pet therapy programs, for both children and adults.
